Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Buyer,” or “Researcher”) and Shyft Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. By accessing shyftlabs.bio, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you represent that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. Shyft Labs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To purchase from Shyft Labs, you must meet all of the following criteria. By completing a purchase you expressly represent and warrant that: (1) You are at least 21 years of age. (2) You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or academic with appropriate training and institutional clearance to handle research-grade chemical compounds. (3) All products will be used exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research conducted in a properly equipped facility. (4) You will not administer any product to yourself, any other human being, or any animal for any reason. (5) You will not resell or transfer any product to any person intending to use it for non-research purposes. (6) You understand these products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. (7) You are not purchasing on behalf of any compounding pharmacy, medical clinic, or entity intending to use them in human or veterinary applications. (8) You are in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing your purchase, possession, and use of these products. Shyft Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at its sole discretion.

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. The following uses are expressly prohibited: injection, ingestion, topical application, or any other administration to any human or animal; use as a dietary supplement, food additive, cosmetic ingredient, or nutraceutical; use as a drug, pharmaceutical, or therapeutic agent; compounding into any preparation intended for human or animal use; resale or distribution to any individual for non-research purposes; use in any clinical investigation not conducted under a properly authorized FDA IND application or equivalent regulatory authorization; any use that violates federal, state, or local law.

None of the products sold on this Site have been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for use as drugs, biologics, medical devices, dietary supplements, or food additives. References to published scientific literature on any product page are provided solely to indicate the existence of prior academic research and are not intended as health claims, clinical recommendations, or endorsements.

Shyft Labs makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, purity specifications, lot numbers, and COAs are accurate and current, but does not warrant that all such information is error-free or up to date at all times. Purity specifications reflect testing results from the referenced lot at the time of testing. Researchers are responsible for conducting their own verification appropriate to their experimental needs. Shyft Labs reserves the right to update, discontinue, or modify any product or pricing without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Shyft Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, with a full refund issued if payment has been collected. Payment must be received in full prior to fulfillment. By completing a purchase via ACH/e-check or alternative payment method, you authorize Shyft Labs to initiate the corresponding debit or charge. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Shyft Labs ships within the United States only. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are generally processed for same-day shipment, though not guaranteed. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days via tracked carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shyft Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage after handoff. Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery for lost or damaged shipments. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Unopened, uncompromised vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior written authorization. To initiate a return, email info@shyftlabs.bio with your order number, lot ID, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shyft Labs LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your use of this Site or any product purchased; your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; your misrepresentation of your qualifications or intended use; any harm caused by misuse of any compound including administration to a human or animal; any third-party claim arising from your actions in connection with products sold by Shyft Labs.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and overall design — is owned by or licensed to Shyft Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this Site for commercial purposes without express written consent. You may download or print materials solely for your own non-commercial research reference without modifying content or removing proprietary notices.

You agree not to use this Site to transmit any unlawful or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; scrape or systematically harvest data; or engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the Site’s functionality. Shyft Labs may link to third-party websites for convenience but does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party site.

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact Shyft Labs in writing and allow a 30-day good-faith resolution period.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shyft Labs and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
