Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping — United States Only
Shyft Labs ships exclusively within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment facility. Orders placed with a non-U.S. address will not be accepted at checkout. Any order that passes through with a non-U.S. address due to a system error will be cancelled and refunded in full.
2. Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed for same-day shipment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day. Processing may be extended 1–2 business days during high volume periods, adverse weather, or carrier disruptions — we will notify you via email if this occurs. Order confirmation is sent immediately after payment. Shipping confirmation with tracking number is sent once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shyft Labs is not liable for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control once the package has been tendered to the carrier. Cold-pack shipping is available upon request for orders containing temperature-sensitive peptides — contact info@shyftlabs.bio before placing your order to arrange cold-pack packaging.
4. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is available on all U.S. orders over $200. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after any discounts and before taxes. Free shipping thresholds and carrier selection are subject to change without notice.
5. Packaging & Product Integrity
Every order is professionally packaged to protect compound integrity in transit. Lyophilized vials are sealed under nitrogen and packed with appropriate protective materials. All shipments are photographed, weighed, and sealed prior to dispatch as part of our standard quality control process. If you require cold-pack shipping (recommended for orders shipping to regions with sustained temperatures above 85°F / 29°C), please request this before checkout. Cold-pack packaging is available at an additional cost.
6. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Use this number directly on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@shyftlabs.bio.
7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shyft Labs is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. We will contact you via email to arrange reshipment — if you do not respond within 14 days, the order will not be reshipped and no refund will be issued. Address changes can only be made before an order has been processed for shipment. Contact info@shyftlabs.bio immediately if you need to update your address after placing an order.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Shyft Labs considers the order fulfilled and is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it: check with neighbors, building management, or your mail carrier for misdelivery; contact the carrier directly to open a trace or missing mail investigation; if the carrier’s investigation confirms loss or misdelivery, contact us at info@shyftlabs.bio within 5 business days — we will review and may at our sole discretion issue a replacement or credit. If tracking does not update for 5 or more business days after shipping confirmation, contact us and we will file a carrier claim and reship your order at no cost if the package is confirmed lost in transit.
9. Force Majeure
Shyft Labs is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, carrier-wide disruptions, or supply chain interruptions. In such cases we will communicate with affected customers and fulfill orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
