Unopened, unused vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping.

Opened or partially-used vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@shyftlabs.com within 72 hours for a replacement.
